Some people (you know who you are) have been complaining that they have been seeing the banana for too long, so here is a new post for you.
There is a small zoo in Idaho Falls, about 30 min away from Rexburg, and we took the kids last Friday to check out the attractions. It was a mildly warm Idaho day, but several of the animals were still away in their winter habitats. All in all it was a good day. No complaints since Marin got in free and adult admission was only $5.
Family portrait. Since I couldn't be in the picture too, I thought the monkey would suffice.
Dad's turn to pose with the kids on the fake tiger. The real ones were asleep at the bottom of the tiger pit.
Marin's turn with the brush. She could have stayed all day and brushed the goats. It was hard to get her out of there.

First of all. . . THANKS!! My whining wasn't in vain!
The monkey in the family portrait just makes it look like there are two Robs.
The pictures are great!!
I love taking kids to the zoo. There's just something about animals that all kids seem to like, especially the monkeys. Too similar maybe?
First, I'm LOVING Rob's first Forrest Gump picture. Second, no wonder the zoo was so cheap...I hate to be the one to tell you, that WASN'T a real tiger.
